Pauline has over 19 years’ of experience working as a psychologist. She has worked across a range of settings including school & university counselling, occupational rehabilitation, pain management, mental health and private practice.
Pauline is experienced with diverse cultural and social backgrounds and all age groups.

Pauline’s areas of interest include: teen and adult mental health and well-being, depression, bipolar, anxiety, stress, adjustment, health, disordered eating & weight management, change management, student & job performance skills, perfectionism, self compassion & kindness, self confidence & self esteem, sleep, relaxation and mindfulness, resilience, personal growth and wellbeing.
